Senior Officer - Sales - Heat Treatment Furnaces (5-8 yrs)
Position - Senior Sales & Marketing Officer
Experience : 5 to 8 years
Salary Range : 6LPA to 7 LPA + 0.5% On every deal being closed (Relocation benefits can be discussed for exceptional candidates)
Notice period : Immediate joiners.
Location : Chennai
Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
1. Shall be responsible right from generating inquiries to closing a sale.
2. Shall prepare the estimated cost for each quotation and the offer for the customer.
3. Shall compare the estimated and the actual cost and make future estimates with lesser margin of error.
4. Shall achieve company's growth by successfully hitting sales targets.
5. Should implement the business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
6. Should own objectives setting, coaching and analyze achieved sales.
7. Should build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs.
8. Shall present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
9. Shall develop marketing strategies and implement the same.
10. Shall develop social media content and post the same on a regular basis.
11. Should maintain the face value of the organization.
12. Should analyze sales results and the company's actual performance, compared to the business plans and take corrective measures to follow as per the plan.
13. Can develop trends and projections for the firm's sales.
14. Shall receive customer satisfaction feedback and provide to upper management.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Education/Experience :
1. Experience in selling heat treatment furnaces.
2. Extensive understanding of market trends and patterns.
3. Extremely proficient user of MS Office and CRM Tools.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Strong analytical skills to prepare cost estimates and an offer.
6. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels inside and outside the organization.
7. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
8. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
9. Excellent mentoring people management skills.
10. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
11. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
12. Numeracy skills in order to analyze and provide statistical reports.
