Senior Officer - CASA Sales - Bank (1-5 yrs)
We are hiring for SR. Bank Officer in reputed Bank and on direct payroll of Bank.
Location: Pune/Baroda/Rajkot/Surat
Profile : SR. Bank Officer
Product : CASA - Field Sales
Qualification : Any Graduate and Above (Graduate percentage should be more than 50%)
Age : 30 Years and Bleow
- 1 year - 5 years of experience in CASA or Corporate Salary profile.
- Should have good communication in English and Hindi
- Should be flexible to travel
Key Responsibilities :
1) Quality acquisition of CASA
2) Ensure quality sourcing of new customer
3) Penetration of Fixed Deposit to existing & new customers
4) Generate leads of customer through referral, meeting branch walk-ins customer, associates, emailing, direct mailing, ATMs & cold calls in the catchment area.
5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered
6) Meeting productivity norms as defined through support of channels & own efforts
7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance
8) Adhere the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously
Salary : 500000 Lac + Travelling Allowance + Mobile Allowance + PF + Gratuity + Medical Facilities
