Senior Officer/Area Sales Manager - Sanitaryware (4-7 yrs)
1. To educate builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team on brand, present company position, vision, scale of the company through presentation
2. To maintain focus on CBS and do proper mention of CLS as well To brief complete product details of each vertical, our USPs, competition benchmarking, customer care services we offer & explain how does it benefit first him & his customers
3. To take complete details of each & every project / site being developed by builders and maintain record in company provided software
4. To ascertain the need of builder and to offer minimum 2-3 CBS options within the standard budgets / cost estimates of the projects to builders To get specified in BOQ / Mock ups at the initial stages of the projects
Desired Candidate Profile :
- To be the Brand Ambassador in the builders segment of the assigned territory
- To educate builders on CBS, provide complete product details of each vertical To specify BOQ / Mock ups in intial stages of projects
- To ensure revenue generation for excluded verticals To organize proactive customer care services at projects sites
- To carry out sales promotional activities at projects sites
Education : PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
