- Partner with Design and Development team to source and develop new fabrications

a. New Fabric Sourcing/Development

b. New Trim Sourcing/Development

c. New Value Added Techniques Sourcing/Development

- Manage Vendor's Merchandising team to ensure following duties are complete:

a. Submit and track all developments from sketch to protos to final production

b. Oversee the fitting of garments and review product details to ensure product execution meets the design aesthetic as well as commercially acceptable quality standards.

- Manage both Knits and Woven; Knits heavy profile (Knits - 70% of the business)

- Actively review and ensure high quality standards across products and merchandising processes

- Responsible for QC process implementation and execution

- Demonstrate a high level of flexibility towards product, business, and people

Skills for Success:

Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-7 years

Educational/ Position Requirements:

- College/Bachelor's Degree in Fashion/Apparel

- Sports Apparel Background is highly preferred

- Demonstrates Entrepreneurial mindset and possess a great personality

- Demonstrates knowledge of the target customer and of product trends; customer-oriented

- Demonstrates willingness to take smart risks

- Possess strong skill set in Microsoft Office and Excel

- Sportsman/sportswoman and/or sports/fitness enthusiasm is a plus
