Senior Marketing Manager - Insurance (7-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for end-to-end digital media strategy creation including audience analysis, content planning and media management across channels.
- Driving the SEO strategy for the different business lines (B2C, B2B).
- Possess effective content writing skills to be able to create and curate content relevant for business and the stakeholders.
- Excellent control on the following tasks and tools - Re-marketing, programmatic buying and spends, most recent Adwords features, campaigns, GDN/Ad networks, tools for subscription plus, etc.
- Ability to efficiently scale-up online sales (non-marketplace sales) and decoding the same.
- Monitoring online media buying across channels and accordingly building buying strategies.
- Understand and execute the entire gamut of digital marketing needs including SEM and SEO, Social Media, Display Advertising.
- Identify the target audience for a particular media campaign and focus on the strategy & implementation of communication, remarketing and tapping into the target audience.
- Be able to stay updated on the norms of the industry and beyond through research and competition analysis.
- Creation of pitches along with the team Google Adwords, Social Ads & Analytics Technical -Expertise (thorough understanding of SEM Google Adwords, Social Ads, Google Analytics Expert) in managing paid search campaign.
- Monitor and create A/B testing media.
- Work cohesively with ad agency to drive campaign strategy
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies so as to increase conversions.
- Optimise plans and budget according to the best media mix.
- Create and execute paid media campaigns.
- Analyze, record and troubleshoot performance data
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post Graduate with 8 years of experience in leveraging digital for driving performance objectives (a must have) and brand objective (good to have) either in an agency or as an advertiser.
- Thorough understanding of SEO, SEM, Affiliate Network, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google - Ads, Google Search Console,, Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud, HTML
- Ability to manage multiple external and internal stakeholders
- Work experience with BFSI client or within BFSI / fintech domain would be a plus.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge on traditional media and PR would be add-on.
