Job Description :

- Identify issues leading to drop in quality vectors through data and process understanding.

- Enable execution of initiatives through governance and stakeholder management.

- Engage and collaborate with distribution and operations team to ensure improvement in Market conduct parameter.

- Drive initiatives in line with company strategy to empower various interdepartmental teams

- Collaborate with various stake holders to ensure timely delivery of and completion of various initiatives

- Consistent follow up on initiatives launched to ensure 100% desired outcome

- Evaluate existing processes and work on gaps through cross functional collaboration.

- Make necessary improvements in the processes to improve process efficiency, reduce cost, improve turnaround time, etc.

- Coordinate with cross functional teams for various initiatives for timely tracking and closure

- Prepare management document and dashboards

Candidate Requirement :

Age : 24 to 38 Years

Qualification required

Problem solving skill
