Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in top hospitals and the healthcare industry.
Digital Marketing: Lead online marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing to drive online visibility and engagement.
If Offline Marketing: Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, conferences, and hospital partnerships to build brand recognition and relationships.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide marketing decisions.
Brand Management: Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all marketing channels, maintaining the company's reputation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and communications teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Key Requirements :
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience : 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on top hospitals or healthcare. Strong background in both digital and offline marketing.
Skills : Expertise in digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, content creation, and analytics. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
