Senior Manager - Social Media - Escalations (8-18 yrs)
Role & responsibilities :
- Should have minimum experience as 8 years.
- Should be handling customer escalations in travel process.(mandatory)
- Should have good experience in handling social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
- Should have experience in handling Online Reputation Management.
- Should have experience in handling grievance management and crisis communication on Social Media.
- Should have experience in managing Brand reputation.
- Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
