Senior Manager - Social Listening - eCommerce (5-10 yrs)

We- re responsible for connecting with the media, partner agencies, and other stakeholders to share and create our narrative. We help build dream sports brands along with our portfolio brands. Your Role :
- Management of Social listening agency and coordination with- ORM, Social Media & Influencer agencies for different requirements
- Tracking, identifying, managing crisis and come up with mitigation strategies
- Translating queries into constructive suggestions through monitoring social conversation for the brands, competition, industry level, Influencers, product, brand campaigns, internal stakeholders and events
- Pull and interpret data from social listening tools, including sentiment, volume, conversation drivers, user behaviour, and influencers
- Actively involved in social listening tool setup including dashboards, keywords and query parameters for campaigns and everyday requirements
- Explore and share new ideas, approaches and contribute to the campaign ideas
- Analysing the digital data and create insightful reports
Must Have :
- 6-8 years of experience in Social Analytics & Intelligence
- Strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter,Instagram, YouTube, Telegram and others
- Experience with real-time social listening, which includes trend-spotting and topical events/conversations and engagement
- Experience in reporting on organic and paid social media performance
- Hands-on experience on Social Tools like Radian 6, Simplify 360, Locobuzz, Sprinklr, Sysomos, One Direct etc.
