India's biggest online travel bazaar is looking for a Performance
Marketing expert to drive demand generation towards achieving business and sales goals. Mainly focused on paid marketing, S/he will work across platforms, devices and channels to constantly create greater inefficiencies, and discover pockets of effective customer acquisition and retention.
Along with the rest of the Marketing Campaigns team, S/he will also be a custodian and bring in a strong brand lens to all the Marketing Communications used in ads, promoted content etc.
Role & Reporting:
The Manager / Senior Manager - Campaigns will be in incharge of running day-to-day campaigns to acquire qualified leads across air tickets, hotel bookings and holiday packages businesses. S/he will do so using channels like paid search, display, retargeting, email marketing, paid content discovery etc.
The role will be part of Campaign Management team and report in to the Lead - Campaigns & Product Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Create a monthly plan to deliver lead targets within required cost per lead (CPL) and budget.
- Create a plan for user acquisition app.
- Create ad communications across display channels and work closely with the in-house design team to get banners, videos etc executed.
- Have oversight into the email marketing strategy, working closely with the team to harvest this channel to generate leads.
- Support social media marketing across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat etc
- Work across channels like the Google suite (search, display, TrueView), Yahoo, InMobi, target publishers, and content discovery platforms like Outbrain.
- Own and manage a large vendor network that includes aggregators like Tripcrafter, and third party lead generators, owners of proprietary databases etc.
- Be the champion of UI/UX from a lead generation point of view. Ensure lead generation pages and emails are designed to ensure maximum lead capture.
- Stay on top of competitor strategies and changing trends in consumer behavior that could impact how company finds and reaches its users.
- Present monthly performance reports and other campaigns reports as needed from time to time.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Driving efficiencies in bringing qualified leads into the marketing-sales ecosystem
- Bringing down the cost of leads and user acquisition particularly in mobile
- Staying on top of market demand trends, user marketing trends to deliver dynamic paid Marketing strategies.
Key skills
- Strong analytical ability and data orientation. Plus, presentation skills to share actionable insights in periodic reports and powerpoints
- Strong writing skills to create ad copies for search, display and native advertising.
- Agility to respond swiftly to changing CPLs and change tactics in order to stay within budget
- Familiarity with tools like Cheetah Mail, Radian6, EMM, AMO etc
Others:
- Undergraduate degree in engineering essential.
- At least 4 years of work experience in a lead generation role with a proven track record to demonstrate how it impacts sales conversions.
- Proven background in user acquisition for mobile apps
- Professional certified courses in paid marketing preferred.
