Senior Manager/Scope Manager - Sales/Business Development - Facility/Deep Cleaning Services (5-12 yrs)
Role/Scope Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales & Business Development
Primary Responsibilities :
1. Development & Implementation of Strategies for Sales & Business Development & Sales
2. Creation of Door Entry Opportunities for new Client Acquisitions in the region
3. Cold Calling, Sales Hunting of new business for IFM services
4. Development and Maintenance of cordial relationship with the existing clients of the organizations.
5. Identifications of Gaps and development of procedures & measures to curb the issues.
6. Adept in the Sales & Business Development process from Scratch.
7. Sourcing, Development & Closure of deals with new clients within the territory.
8. Fixing Appointments, Meetings and Schedules for new Clients for Facility/Deep Cleaning Services
9. Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry.
10. Track and report status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.
11. Ensuring the new Client Acquisition than existing to increase the overall reach of the organization in the assigned location.
12. Generate project/business opportunities and RFPs through customer contact to meet company's business plans and growth strategies.
13. Multiple Site Management & Customer Visits regularly.
14. Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget variance.
15. Assisting the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans.
16. Cost control and ensuring timely implementation of the Sales Plan & Strategies
