Senior Manager - Sales - Watch (2-5 yrs)
- Forge and foster industry agnostic relationships with C-level executives.
- Acquiring new clients / members by cold calling, meetings, and referrals.
- Maintain relationships with industry leaders (CXO- s) and communicating advantages of being member of TLOI.
- Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline and gradually increasing membership sales.
- Implement client engagement programs with a view to ensure top of mind recall for clients.
- Achieving sales targets quarter on quarter basis.
- Manage service TATs and business compliance as per organizational mandates.
- Expand existing client relationships, improve client satisfaction, strengthen client commitment, ensure client retention, and grow membership revenue.
- Willingness to travel within the city.
- Conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker.
