Senior Manager - Sales - Solar Power (8-10 yrs)
Sr Manager - Sales
Sr Manager Sales will responsible for generating direct and channel Solar PV sales.
The candidate is also expected to develop channel partner network
Roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales of On-Grid, Off-Grid, Solar Water pumping and Solar PV systems
- Responsible for meeting Monthly & Quarterly Sales targets
- Expert in Netmetering Policy & Solar Subsidy schemes of the State
- Expert in accelerated depreciation, ROI, payback calculation
- Liaison with local discom & nodal agency
- Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments and support team members to deliver on expectations
- Report on data metrics in CRM Suite & implement programs to improve results with goal of increasing both internal & external customer satisfaction
- Support in detailed Site Surveys, generate Techno-Commercial proposal.
Requirements
- MBA with B.Tech in Electrical/Electronic engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Rooftop Solar PV projects will be preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 year experience in handling teams
- Experience working in Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Residential segments
- Knowledge of Rooftop & Ground Mounted Solar Power plants
- Familiar with financial Models like CAPEX & OPEX/ PPA
Skills expected:
- Networking and relationship management with clients
- Negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- General Solar PV technology and market knowledge
