Senior Manager - Sales - Skincare & Wellness (3-5 yrs)
Role :
- Manage e-Commerce Sales to B2B & B2C players.
- Responsible for driving P&L, managing expense and budget.
- Lead business growth to 10X in 3 years.
- Build and manage team for the growth journey.
- Coordinate with inside sales team to generate leads, demos to closure.
- Prepare business plan and execute the same effectively.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project deliveries and timelines.
- Share market insights with Product team for continuous product improvement.
Desired Skills :
- Experience in Enterprise Sales
- Team Management
- Ability to drive sales plans
- Preferably from a skincare/wellness brand
- Experience with AMS, performance marketing, understanding of ACOS, ROAS and ROI of marketing money spent
- Certification in Digital platforms and Ecommerce will be an advantage
