Experience : 5 - 15 years
Job Description:
- Excellent in communication.
- Promote and enhance the sales volumes of all kinds of water treatment products
- Handle sales and service business of Operation & maintenance, AMC, execution of projects which includes various water treatment plants like WTP, STP, ETP
- Manage a team of service engineers to execute projects, handling trouble shooting and regular services.
- Job involves regular interaction, presentation with internal & external clients.
- Can Add New AMC & ARC and give value addition in service business.
- Servicing methods of PSF, ACF, Softeners, RO, DM plants. Improvement of service business by adding new comprehensive and Non-comprehensive AMC, O&M's and One Time Services.
- Development of spares & consumables business
- Maintaining good relationship with clients and brings in repeated business
- Follow up for collection
- Post-sales support and service
