Responsibilities :
1) Lead Generation :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the leasing intermediaries (IPCs, brokers, etc.)
- Generate direct leads through local relationships, marketing (online/offline) campaigns
- Manage inbound inquiries, chat platform, outbound calls, as well as follow-up with existing leads
2) Prospecting, closing and servicing :
- Engage with leads throughout sales life cycle from validation, to opportunity to closure
- Create customised quotes/proposals for specific client needs
- Support the senior team in commercial negotiations and closure
- Deal closure - agreement execution, on-boarding, change requests, etc.
- Account management : act as a connect between the client team and Hive operations team to deliver best-in-class occupancy experience
