Senior Manager - Sales - Office Automation (6-12 yrs)
Key Responsibility Area :
- Generate Profitable Revenue from the Rajasthan Govt. & Central Govt. PSU Segment
- Manage the identification and qualification process for potential opportunities
- Be responsible for forecasting and reporting business opportunities as well as building and maintaining business pipeline, pipeline creation through multiple activities such as, targeted workshops, events, seminars, etc.
- Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations
- Achieve targets - a quota carrying role to consistently deliver against forecast and goals.
- Be accountable for discrete annual goals and objectives for funnel and pipeline, bookings, backlog, and revenue.
- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical.
- Ensure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentation
- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
- Maintain a forward-looking, customer-centric, entrepreneurial, proactive, and flexible mindset while anticipating market needs
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, vendors, customers etc.
- Manage the sales team, Pre-Sales team and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Manage the use of budgets
