Educational Qualification

Key Responsibilities
- Leading team of 2- 4 Territory Sales manager - Insurance
- Planning, strategize to achieve zonal target with the help of team members
- Monitor and keep track of performance of his team members.
- Monitoring business share at dealership / city / region
- Dealer Interface / Visits/ MIS
- Check and maintain adequate manpower at Dealership
- Training of new manpower
- Relationship with local offices of Insurance cos
- Implementation of Head office initiatives
- Interact and coordinate with dealers to control and monitoring
- Monitor and keep track of competition pertaining to Auto Insurance business.
- Co-ordinate Field marking activities of dealers, marketing / advertisement spends of dealers - way to distribute commission to dealers
- Monitoring & ensuring the service level for claim settlement
