Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing - Stainless Steel Products - North (12-19 yrs)
- To sell stainless steel products (Hot Rolled & Cold Rolled) to different segment Customers like Industrial Pipe & Tubes, ABC, Railway, Utensil, white good, Pressure vessel & Heat exchanger manufacture industries.
- Setting up and managing Steel Marketing network with key focus on top line and bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources.
- Coordinating with top management for formulating corporate goals, short term and long term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.
- To strengthening the existing business relationship by closely working with customers and significantly contributing for business growth.
- Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments.
- Formulating business plan (Customer wise /Segment wise /Product wise etc) & accomplishment of profitability.
- Planning, monitoring and achievement of overall targets on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Introduce product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, service changes, surveying customer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
