Position Title : Senior Manager - Marketing

Employment Type : Full-time

Location : Mumbai (BKC, Bandra)

Salary : 3L to 5L

Purpose :

The role involves leading new product development efforts in the areas of solar glass and related products to help achieve the organization's vision.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the custodian and process owner for all new product development initiatives across the company.

- Work towards the commercialization of identified new business opportunities.

- Scout, explore, and assess the viability and potential of new products and business areas through industry interactions, publications, research, and exhibitions.

- Prepare business cases to support decision-making by senior management.

- Collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders for the development, testing, field performance assessment, and certification of new products.

- Work with solar PV module manufacturers and project developers to demonstrate the benefits of new technology and its impact on returns/IRR.

- Assist domestic and international sales teams in developing new segments, markets, and key accounts.

- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends.

Key Skills and Competencies :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills; knowledge of basic financial modeling is preferred.

- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and respond to technological changes in the solar industry.

- Experience in international sales, collaborative product development, and multichannel marketing is an advantage.

Experience :

- 7-10 years of experience in strategy, business development, operations, or sales within the power sector, with a preference for experience in the renewable energy sector.

Educational Requirements :

- Engineering degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy-related fields) and an MBA from a top-tier institute.

- Work Environment : Office-based role with potential travel requirements.

Notice Period : 30 days

- Industry Background : Preference for candidates with experience in solar energy, renewable energy, sustainable energy, power sector, or related fields.

Additional Information :

- The compensation package should not exceed a 20-25% increase from the current CTC, aligned with budget constraints.

- A psychometric test may be conducted if the candidate progresses to the HR stage.
