Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing - Paper/Printing Firm (7-25 yrs)

- We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Senior Sales & Marketing Manager. Having experience of minimum 7 to 10 years in Paper or Printing industry. Should be proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long term strategizing with go all-out under tight deadlines to meet the company's targets.
Few Pointers :
- Should identify target customers and develop marketing plans as per the requirement to outreach them and generate qualified leads.
- Should be able to get the insights of customers and consumer trends under the prevailing market conditions to increase customer conversion.
- Should identify usefulness and impact of current marketing initiatives and accordingly optimize.
- Should be analytical in reporting with insights for future developments.
- Should guide, lead and inspire his team to meet the set objectives by collective execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
- Should have experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Should hold a degree in marketing, business or correlated field.
- Willingness to travel/go out in the field for direct exchange with customer base, existing as well as prospective, to build/execute successful strategies for improvement and expansion.
