Senior Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- Join our team of Sales Manager in Agency Channel for India's Leading Life Insurance Company who has experience in the BFSI Domain.
Role & responsibilities :
- Own and manage a team of Highly Motivated Financial Advisors
- Develop and execute plans to drive deep engagement, especially with key strategic relationships.
- Proactively determine customer meeting opportunities to ensure strategic alignment and to achieve revenue growth, including conducting recurring meetings via phone and in-person, and preparing/delivering quarterly business reviews.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of Life Insurance Products
- Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of the products of Life insurance policy
Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales of any field
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Customer-oriented
