Job description :
- Greet walk in customers in branch and gain business from them
- Help each walk in customer's in understanding life insurance products better way and try to sell maximum policies to them
- Gain business from open market by doing field work
- Help each and every co-workers and try to gain business from their referrals
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers and try to gain business from their referrals
- Do cold calling on lead based data provided from company
- Maintain daily report and provide it to your supervisor
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Arrange different drive to increase life insurance knowledge in open market and try to gain business from them
