Senior Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Your role :
1. Recruiting the Agents for life insurance Sales
2. Planning and target setting for the agent sales team
3. Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets
4. Client Acquisition and New Business Generation
5. Recruitment and management of agency channel team members
6. Training, motivating and development of team members
7. Set goals and support Agency Partners to achieve consistent performance.
8. Identify prospective Life Advisors and Agency Partners
9. Provide Sales and Recruitment Training
10. Be a Sales, Recruitment and process expert
11. Assist Agency partners through joint fieldwork
12. Help in Prospecting /Suspecting activity in the field
Salary & Benefits : The graduate trainee salary at ranges between INR 1.8 Lakhs to INR 2.5 Lakhs per year (Source: Ambition Box).
