Senior Manager - Sales - LAP (6-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
1. Acquisition of new clients, managing existing relationships and driving sales process discipline to achieve business targets.
2. Be an effective bridge between the Client, Company and the DST.
3. Implement Company strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth.
4. To train, coach and guide the DSTs in their knowledge, sales skills, customer orientation & Company policy.
5. Establish continuous discipline in monitoring team's performance and motivation.
6. Anticipate attrition, manage team size by building a quality team, and continuous engagement.
7. Be highly focussed on achieving business targets through effective and inspiring managerial skills.
8. Ensure client quality and value by adherence to existing established quality & compliance standards.
9. Be thoroughly aware of competition business in various target segments & augment the presence and penetration of the Volition brand.
10. Improve process discipline & sales delivery by effective sales monitoring and continuous improvement programs.
11. Implement Company strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth.
12. Ensure end-to-end process management and adherence to all compliance processes from loan eligibility to loan disbursement.
13. Take a lead in developing and maintaining a healthy and collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Operations and other functions.
