Job Description,Role & Responsibilities :


Position Title : Sr. Manager Sales


LOCATION: Bengaluru, India

Position Summary : 


- The primary requirement for this position is to grow the Embedded, Digital, and Testing engineering services business to the Indian captives of the USA and European MNCs operating in the industrial, Medical Device, Automotive, and Consumer Electronics Industry.

- The candidate should have direct and first-hand experience in sales & business developments pertaining to embedded, digital engineering services, test automation services- both in the Staffing and Project (ODC) based execution.

- Direct experience and a good understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close and experience collaborating with internal and client remote (offsite) engineering / technical teams is very important. Understanding the staffing vendor ecosystem will be beneficial.

Role & Responsibilities : 


- Hunt/prospect/call on clients across verticals leading with Embedded / Software / Digital / Testingengineering services to the US and European MNCs.

- Revenue and business expansion in existing clients with design centers in the US or Europe

- Run complete sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation, and deal signing.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

- Achieve prospecting and other sales process goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.

- Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with Director & VP level executives at targeted firms.

Essential Skills & Experience : 


- 7-10years- experience with 3+ years in direct Embedded, Digital, Testing services sales capacity. to clients

- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quota

- Able and willing to develop client base via aggressive prospecting

- Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with director and VP engineering management (client's side)

- Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high tech domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams

- 3+ years of product engineering experience in Digital / Embedded/ Testing not mandatory but desirable

- Experience engaging the potential customer with - consultative selling-

Education Background : 


- B.E./B.S./B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Instrumentation Engineering. Or,

- M.Sc. Computer Science / M.C.A
