Senior Manager - Sales - IT (11-16 yrs)
Sr Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for end-to-end sales to the enterprises in US and Middle East
- Meet the margin targets and ensure high quality of revenue
- Identify and manage revenue risks from the region
- Responsible to build and meet targets of a solid pipeline of opportunities
- Build highly relevant, qualified list of prospects in the target markets
- Qualification of leads from email exchanges, Linkedin etc
- Contact leads derived from lists, referrals and other lead-gen partners and other programs
- Meticulous use of CRM to capture leads, opportunities and follow-ups
- Establish connects with CIOs, VPs, Directors, QA Managers of Enterprises, Banks, Retailers, and ISVs for understanding customer IT landscape and positioning QQA testing solutions and services
- Strategically map and translate business problems into opportunities across services / product lines and customer segments; work with delivery teams to articulate this well
- Ability to set, generate meetings and sense opportunities on phone
- Identify ideal cross-sell and up-sell scenarios and mine the accounts effectively
- Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams for PoV- s, Solutioning and proposal development, to derive meaningful cost-value equation for customers
- Build a strong partner network with ISVs, Enterprise Application / Technology Providers
- Work closely with marketing team in devising and executing high quality, targeted campaigns and follow-up campaigns
- Work closely with lead generation agencies to ensure effective lead generation
- Report and review progress regularly
- Will require to work in US / Europe shifts
Experience:
- Not less than 10 years of Services Sales in Enterprise Packaged software in US and Middle East markets - mandatory
- Should have solid Sales experience in implementation and professional services of QA & Testing Services, SAP / Oracle / Salesforce, large Digital Transformation, Banking Solutions related services deals etc to large banks, retailers and other large enterprises
- Well networked and experience in selling IT Services to Banking Services, Retail & eCommerce enterprises and ISVs in US and Middle East
- Solid consultative sales experience
- Opportunity mining experience- should be good in requirement elicitation & mining opportunities across integrated IT systems
- Should have achieved large IT / testing services closures by his / her own efforts
- Preference will be given to experience in Testing Services Sales and Business Development experience to large enterprises
