Senior Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
- Insurance Sales Representative is a person who sells insurance policies. Insurance Sales Representative calls and meets with clients and potential clients to grow their customer base. The Insurance Sales Representative goal is to get information about clients' needs and match them with insurance policies they offer.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Qualifications :
- Should be graduate
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field sales
