Ctc : 5 Lac to 7 Lac
Location : Chennai (T.Nagar)
Process: Direct Sales
- Developing, implementing and maintaining a business plan for the branch. Coordinating sales.
- Focusing on achieving customer acquisition, retention and cross sales. Managing the daily activities of the branch.
- Enforcing the companies- policies, principles, and procedures.
- Inspiring and motivating team.
- Identifying then addressing team training and development needs.
- Coaching and developing team to do more and better.
- Adherence to regulatory requirements. Providing excellent service to customers interpreting, analyzing and producing sales & financial data.
- Enhancing awareness of the company Brand Value. Communicating clear business messages to team.
- Proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through achievement in financial management, efficiency improvements.
- Ensured overall pipeline and revenue growth within team and Branch, engage team to close sales, deliver services, provided ongoing support and training.
- Maintaining healthy business relations with HNI Clients with distinction of advising about wide range of insurance products.
