Senior Manager - Industry Sales [Wind/RM- OEM & MRO]
Product Handled: Candidate should have sold following consumables to windmills: Pump, Motor, Gear box, Generator, turbine, rotter, lubricant, breaks.
Location: Chennai, Bangalore
Budget: 15-22LPA
2) Position Data
1) Goal of position (Why was this position created?)
To have the understanding of the Region, market and customer in the assigned territory. To develop business with OEM - RM OEM & MRO/WIND customer with detail understanding of business potential, customers growth plan, competition scenario, strategy to gain new markets and securing the existing business.
2) Formal prerequisites for the position (e.g. training, experience, education etc.)
A. Engineering Graduate - Preferred Mechanical Engineering
B. Experience in Sales - 4 to 6 Years
C. Understanding of handling Big OEM customers
D. Ready to travel extensively.
3) Tasks (Description of main tasks)
- To align and achieve sales growth as per Sector/GKAM strategy.
- To meet and exceed Direct sales targets for the customers assigned.
- Responsible for handling Key Accounts of Direct business.
- Develop new customer accounts by aggressive penetration and support from Sector and
- To support in identifying new products/areas for business development with customers.
- To understand and decipher the enquires based on specifications and competitiveness of the product, working with technical team to identify the correct product and ensure timely submission of offer to the customers.
- Ensuring timely collection of dues and monitoring DSO and post sales activities.
- Closely working with customer services team to ensure that timely deliveries.
