Senior Manager - Sales - FMCG (7-10 yrs)
JOB OBJECTIVES
Achieve the set goals and objectives of The Company through overall general management of a territory. Develop and implement Annual Business Plans, drive excellence in market execution through an optimum utilization of budgets and resources against initiatives that will enhance system profitability and achieve targets relating to volume and market share.

Qualification:
- MBA from a premier B School
- 7 - 10 years in consumer sales, distribution, brand marketing with experience in managing multi-disciplinary responsibilities with proven track record of accomplishments. Work experience in a multinational company or in international markets preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Must have Strong leadership skills, be motivational, analytical, financial, decisive, problem solution oriented & strong execution skills. Mature with good training skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills.
