Senior Manager - Sales & Distribution (7-11 yrs)
- Managing a team of Sales support Managers.
- Appointment & Induction of Distributors across the country through a team of Sales Support managers.
- Work with Distributor Service cell to identify and Improve on concerns raised by Distributors.
- Process/policy compliance.
- Competition analysis.
- Work with CSMs/HO Finance on identifying improvement initiatives in closing the exceptions and gaps in commercial policies with respect to Distributors.
- List down improvement initiatives / suggestions collective/identified in the Training program along with execution of these initiatives.
- Review Distributor Attrition on a monthly basis and identify any improvement opportunities in appointment process and/or prevent undesired attrition.
- Work with division leadership team for timely execution of Insights generated by Sales Consultants through Suggestion box framework.
Education :
UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG : MBA/PGDM - Marketing
