Senior Manager - Sales - Commercial Interior (3-14 yrs)

- Candidates with prior experience with Commercial Interiors Sales/Office Interior Sales shall only be considered.

- As a Leader, you will serve as a Rainmaker for our organization. The objective is to bring new businesses and foster the existing ones with further optimization and increase the profit margin. You are expected to be a strategic communicator with excellent customer-handling skills. You will need to become intimately familiar with the processes and use your judgment to engage appropriately.

- You will also be responsible for the execution of strategies discussed and finalized with the Board for increasing sales potential in B2B & B2C Pan-India.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop a business plan and strategy for multiple product line markets that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- Supervising a Team of up to 10 members and assisting them with Lead Conversion.

- Calling both B2B and B2C Leads and converting them into sales.

- Scheduling Client Visit to our Experience Center for Prompt conversion of Leads generated offline/online.

- Drive business development and lead generation to acquire new customers/accounts in the focus goes. Building out a strong Hunting team and acquiring new accounts would be a key driver of growth.

- Focus on handling large accounts and expanding them. This would be very critical to build a scalable and profitable business and developing recurring revenue streams.

- Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.

- Explore channel partners in these geos and build synergies that can expand the business

Desired Profile :

- The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who can excel in an international sales environment.

- Candidates with Commercial Interior Interior backgrounds will be preferred.

- Technologically advanced and oriented. Must have above-average computer and technical skills to be able to engage with customers and internal teams with the product/project

- Customer service oriented and organized.

- The proven ability to convince, sell and or engage customers.

- Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships.
