Develop Corporate Business in Insurance, Either on Employee Benefits Side or on Other Insurances Incl. Liability & Life Insurance as well
- Recruit a Team of Sales Professionals from Industry (About 3),
- Develop Niche Insurance Products for Specific Industries based on the Industry requirement,
- Train the Team with the Interpersonal & Sales Skills / Techniques, also provide training on various Industry Products
- Develop Newer Markets with Newer Products & Sales
- Maximise Revenue by Negotiating with the Service Providers, Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
