Job Description:
1. Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network of Financial Consultants (FCs)
2. Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance
3. Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
4. Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement)
5. Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
6. Enabling FCs to use latest digital platforms
