Senior Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
We are seeking a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager.
Job Roles and Duties:
- Training and coaching financial advisors
- Assessing the team members- performance
- Visit the assigned location as and when required
- Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned region
- Presenting to the customer about the product and services offered by the organization
- Meeting the company expectations
- Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers

- Work Experience: 2 + Years in Sales and Marketing in any Field
- Age: 24 to 38 Years
- Present excellent sales skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills
