Senior Manager - Sales - BFS (4-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Drive the numbers and revenue for the company and should be capable of achieving the set monthly and annual targets.
- Should have good knowledge of stock markets/mutual funds.
- Should be able to build a team of young and talented sales executives.
- Should be able to motivate and train new sales executives on products to ensure optimum performance.
- Should be able to prepare Daily, weekly, and monthly reports, in various formats to help management on the progress of sales funnel and conversion, drill down to the level of each representative funnel.
- Should become a mouthpiece for the Sales team since this is one of the most important positions for business growth.
- Should be able to handle client escalations from sales team, with relevant inputs from the Research team and Business Head.
- Should have experience with working on different CRM applications.
- Have worked under tight Sales and revenue targets.
Must Have :
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of stock markets, mutual funds etc.
- Good Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation etc.
