Position : Senior Sales Manager
Location : Jodhpur
Roles and responsibilities :
- Recruit, hire and train the sales team from own network Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
Desired Candidate :
Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience : 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any Industry
Age : 24 to 38 years.

Salary : 300,000.00 - 450,000.00 per year
