Senior Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.
Responsibilities and Work Roles :
- Financial advisors recruitment via own network and provide coaching and training
- Evaluating the output of the team members
- Visit the designated location as needed.
- Recognizing the needs and demands of the target market in the designated area
- Presenting to the customer about the product and services given by the company
- Meeting the expectations of the business
- Keeping up good relations with the clients
Profiles of Ideal Candidates :
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in any field in sales and marketing
- Knowledge of the dynamics and processes of sales.
- Proficient communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
