Senior Manager - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility :
- Through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other methods, establish rapport with potential customers.
- Develop marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Maintaining a good connection with the agents
- Providing guidance on how to use the items and techniques
- Assemble, train, inspire, and counsel a group of sales reps.
- Engage in cold calls and follow up with customers to ensure the sale.
- Collaborate with leads from the public at large.
- Fieldwork to reach as many customers as possible
- Plan and review your behavior's and goals with the agent.
Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduate
- Age : Minimum 22 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
- Good Communication Skill
