Senior Manager - Sales - Banking Domain - IT Product (5-6 yrs)
Job description: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative in GST market. You will be responsible for maximizing sales in BFSI sector, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
For Senior Sales Manager, we require someone who:
1. Sells software products to Cooperative Banks
2. Has done closures in Cooperative Banks
3. Sells the product in Mumbai Region majorly
4. Can speak Marathi.
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully as defined by senior management.
2. Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it's strong presence
3. Coaching and performance monitoring of tele-callers performance reporting under you.
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
7. Understanding prospect and existing customers GST compliance requirement and designing required solution with help of Product team.
8. Proposal preparation with technical solution and commercial write up with help of VP Sales and Business Unit Head.
Skills Required: - MBA finance/marketing with 5 to 6 years of hardcore sales experience out of which 2 to 3 years of BSFI industry experience especially in Banking sector who has actively doing sales and marking of core banking solutions(CBS)
- Well verse with Banking present domain and technology used.
- Nice to know knowledge of GST on Banking.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Demonstrated an ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to conduct Business meetings, seminars, and conferences in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
