Senior Manager - Sales - Bank/Insurance (7-14 yrs)
Experience in Branch Banking Vertical.
- Taking care of Bank branches.
- Attending Hurdle of Bank branches and initiating the product training for Bank team.
- Discussion of Target Vs Achievement and sensitization of business sourcing possibilities to achieve their targets and our targets
- Meetings with Branch Manager, Relationship Manager & rest of bank team and maintaining the relation
Sr management and discussion of Targets Vs Achievements and other Key areas for more focus on GI penetration
- Attending the customer & bank team queries and responding with in agreed time.
- Awareness on GI Products and conducting the training sessions
- Taking care of lead conversions for generated leads
- Initiating the Net banking drives for increasing the NOP penetration.
- Renewal retention follow-up. Achieving renewal retention conversion as per the target.
- Policy issuance for closure leads
Skill sets:
- Experience in branch banking
- Experience in handling GI products for Bancassurance
- Experience in GI Industry
