- Senior sales manager will need to take the lead in handling sales operations in the organization. They will have to supervise the activities performed by the junior sales management team. It is their responsibility to maximize the potential of the sales team, establish sales plans. The skills the manager should have include leadership, organization, communication, and the ability to meet targets by the team.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise the activities performed by the junior sales management team.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly reports to senior management.
- Communicate and manage expectations by fully utilizing available reports, CRM technologies and available resources.
- Streamline operations within the Sales department
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Performance monitoring of sales representative
