Senior Manager - Sales (10-16 yrs)
Duties and Responsibility
- Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, segments and trends
- Achieve sales growth in the designated territory in line with vision and strategy and identify/convert new opportunities with a particular focus.
- Handling key accounts and New Business Development
- Maintain relationships with customers and participate in customer meetings
- Leads resolution of market and customer challenges
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Involve with customer service to ensure forecast is updated and achieved on an ongoing basis
- Key account Management: KAM process to be clearly understood and deployed for regional and other account that you are directly responsible.
- Sales and other reports: Responsible to provide all commercial reports within the deadline.
