Senior Manager - Sales (0-4 yrs)
- Manage a team of unit sales managers and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives.
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM.
- Licensing and tracking and acquisition of new channels on a regular basis.
- Facilitating interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them.
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries.
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
- Co-ordinating with all team members in planning and conducting advisor meets other marketing activities on a regular basis.
