Job Description :

- The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales strategies, achieving monthly sales targets, and managing a team of Area Sales Executives (ASEs).


- This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build and sustain client relationships to ensure business growth.

- The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets of 450 MT across specified product categories.


- This role includes leading a team of ASEs, conducting market analyses, devising strategic marketing plans, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring and guiding the sales team's daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

- Expanding market reach and identifying new business opportunities.

- Reviewing competitor strategies and refining marketing campaigns.

- Reporting daily progress to senior management and ensuring alignment with company goals.
