Senior Manager - Public Relations & Marketing - NGO (10-14 yrs)
1. Marketing and Branding of the NGO, Hospital & its other projects
- Develop & implement marketing strategies and brand building of the NGO & Hospital.
- Conduct Market Research including surveys of current & new service concepts.
- Establish marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of services.
- Strategize business/revenue generation through Institutional ( Government & Corporate) Business Tie ups.
- Plan and execute Branding strategies for the organization to attain a specific Brand position in the customers mind
- To plan and prepare budgets for branding and marketing activities.
- Represent NGO & its Hospital on various related forums & work with all forms of media to ensure visibility in Western Africa.
-- Effectively use social media platforms, website and other modes to create awareness, interest and participation
2. Public Relations
- Maintain and strengthen effective PR with authorities, trustees, well-wishers
- Develop and execute effective PR management plans with a view to gain support for NGO
- Develop relationships for eye care management with Corporates in Nigeria & Western Africa, Government organisations and related agencies
- Help use PR strengths to help solve issues and gain support for NGO operations in the country
3. Donor relationships
- Maintain good working relationships with existing donors through regular interaction, regular MIS and ensure sustained and increasing support
- Identify and develop new donors - individuals, corporates and multinationals and help develop spread the work NGO around the country with donor support
- Develop relationship with international aid agencies and help create new partnerships with them for social development worK
