Duties & Responsibilities :
- Handle overall operations for Key Accounts PAN India.
- Management of existing client portfolio and further enhancement through upselling various products and solutions.
- Single Point of Contact and to be acting as a final POC for all escalations on PAN India
- Set targets and drive sales to achieve targets.
- Foster existing relationships.
- Analyze and plan progressive goals and objectives for all key operational areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage with prospects.
- Responsible for management of the Key Account team and their deliverable.
