Senior Manager - Presales/Telecalling (4-10 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Manager - Pre-Sales to lead and oversee our pre-sales telecalling team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective tele-calling practices and that patient visits are carried out systematically and efficiently across designated clinics. The Senior Manager will develop and execute strategies to enhance the team's performance, ensure target achievements, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
-Team Leadership & Supervision
Lead, mentor, and manage the pre-sales telecalling team to ensure high performance, professional development, and alignment with organizational goals. Set clear performance targets, monitor team metrics, and regularly review outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Process Optimization :
Develop and implement effective telecalling processes and scripts to improve client engagement and conversion rates. Ensure telecallers consistently and accurately gather and input data on client requirements, potential lead follow-ups, and sales tracking.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting :
Track daily and weekly team activity, including calls made, follow-up requirements, and number of clinic visits scheduled and completed. Analyze data and prepare regular reports to monitor team productivity, and success rates, and identify areas for strategic adjustments.
- Client Relationship Management :
Ensure that adequate clinic visits are scheduled and executed, with effective follow-through on client needs and concerns. Maintain positive client relationships by consistently checking in on visit quality and satisfaction.
- Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams :
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pre-sales strategies and share valuable insights to drive joint goals. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics for on-site clinic visits and post-visit follow-ups.
