Who Should Apply?

Do you possess the below mentioned experience and expertise?

- Expert at either Facebook's advertising platform or Google AdWords

- Handled large value and long-term performance campaigns for a brand/account (Min monthly value Rs 25 Lakhs and duration at least 6 months)

- Handled a team of performance marketers

- Have Strong Fundamentals in digital marketing, especially performance marketing

- Have Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Minimum 4 years - Maximum 7 Years of experience in Performance Marketing

- Have a Bachelor Degree or B. Tech or higher

What would your roles and responsibilities be?

- As a Senior Manager - Performance Marketing you will be

- Heading the existing Performance Marketing team

- Take complete ownership of the Performance Marketing team

- Be responsible for hiring, training, managing and leading the Performance Marketing Team

- Ensuring the annual target of the Performance Marketing team is delivered

- Coaching, managing, and training the entire Performance Marketing team

- Act as the in-house expert for either Facebook or Google Adwords

- Stays informed of the relevant industry paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices

- Implementing industry best practices in campaign planning and execution

- Assisting the Sales team in sales pitches

- Contributing to client fortnightly calls including strategizing and suggesting optimizations
